Valentines Day inspired Vanilla & Creme Brulee Macarons. I added some edible heart glitter on top for eye candy! I was going to make some Strawberry Swiss-Meringue Buttercream for the filling, but the butter cream kept curdling. (Perhaps due to the cold weather, and wrong temperature for the butter.) I wasted so many eggs! I’ll probably try again in the summer, when the strawberries are in season!
